Hi Bears,

Being angered by my spate of bad luck,bad vision , and the anti-environmental policies of the present administration and the MKKKAne/Palin to follow, I decided to use my extraordinary jinx powers to bring hurricanes into the gulf of Mexico to ruin Rush Limbaugh's mansions and to wreck havok on the oil platforms and cowboyBush's state of Texas.  First I brought in Hanna to soak West Palm Beach (I gave fair warning to the mayor to evacuate innocent citizens.  Then I rooted Ike and Josephine across the Atlantic.  As long as there are disbelievers in global warming in our government  and land dispoilers selling out to oil interests, my jinx will continue.

My niece Beth Ann came by-She's considering buying my house on Ridgewood and we got to talking about old students and I said how I miss them and wish I could get in touch with them.  That's when she told me about facebook and took me in as a friend.  since then I been reacquainted with about a dozen former students and have exchanged emails with them.

Youthfulness

Hi Bears,

Everyone wants to know how I maintain my youthful appearance despite my health problems.  The number one key is denial; don't ever admit you 're aging.  Do all the things you did as a kid:rest when you're tired, run when you're not.  Drink when you're thirsty ,and eat when you're starved.  Spread out the sunshine, never burn.  Wash your face with Wal-Mart's antiacne soap and use their astringent, too.  It will burn, but it's a good burn.

The Goebbels of the KKKarl Rove administration died of cancer.  How dare he die of the disease that killed my beloved parents.  He didn't deserve to die of cancer.  Like the other liars and war criminals , he should have been disgraced by dying at a public hanging following a water-boarding that he defended as nontorture for the monsters that have run our government for the last 8 years.  Unlike the media cowards and greedy politicians, I can say what I want in America, at least for the time being.  Of course if Bush-Lite(mKKKane) gets elected and KKKarl gets 8more years to do his evil deeds with the support of the cowards in congress and our Australian media dictator, who knows how much more of the Constitution will be shredded?

D.C. Mall

Hi Bears,

I saw the Sunday Morning segment this morning on the horrible condition of our nation's mall in Washington D.C..  The grounds, reflecting pond, the memorials themselves are in disrepair and already appear to be in the third-world shape that the neo-cons want to take us to.  The guy appointed to improve the situation said it would take 1/2 Billion dollars to fix. His Solution:? get donations from private donations  .  The Iraqi adventure spends $8 biilion a week.  We can't take 1/2  a day off from giving Halliburton and the fat cats money to kill American young people?  We could be employing the same kids to rebuild our country, yet W and Dick would rather play army since they never did it when they were young. 

Deliver us from Evil

Hi Bears,

   In my trip through the cable stations today, remote in hand and cat on lap, I went from a history special on the racism of American neo-Nazis to the mindless propaganda ofLaura Ingram on Fox to the Salem witch trials in the movie"The Crucible" on HBO.  What was striking was the seamless transitions.

   Hatred flows through our history like the wind blowing through the false patriotism of the stars and stripes standing on poles in yards and pinned on the lapels of evil men who do evil deeds in the name of god and country.  The only solution is for good men to stand, one foot forward facing the storm, in defiance of wrong-doing, no matter what the cost.
